The hidden disability project was created in light of colleagues working with hidden disabilities and to help support them in their roles. A lot of the time it's assumed most disabilities can be seen however there is many that cannot. The campaign was created to shine awareness on this stigma. 

Using our new rainbow Inclusion at Asda branding the project was formed creating assets which colleagues can wear in store to help them communicate with both colleagues and customers about their hidden disability.
